HARWOOD INTERNATIONAL NAMES NORTON AS GENERAL MANAGER AT AZURE
HARWOOD, DALLAS, Texas – January 15, 2007 – Harwood International announces the appointment of Jennifer Norton as General Manager of Azure, the 31-story, ultra-modern high-rise condominium. Norton will be responsible for all phases of the resident experience at Azure, including resident relations and managing various resident-support staff functions, such as concierge, valet, housekeeping and engineering. She will also manage relations with developer Harwood International and with the board of directors.
“We were extremely selective in filling this position,” said Gabriel Barbier-Mueller, chairman and CEO of Harwood International, the Dallas-based developer behind the Azure. “Azure is our very first venture into the residency side of the development business and we have spared no effort set a new benchmark in resort-style living experience to Dallas. Adding a person with Jennifer Norton’s qualifications as our new General Manager is the next logical step in that commitment to one-of-a-kind resident experience at Azure.”
Norton brings more than 12 years of experience in community association management to her new role at Azure—from single-family communities to ultra-luxury, high-rise condominiums. She is both a certified Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
“Creating a superlative resident experience is a great passion in my life,” said Norton. “Coming to Azure gives me the ultimate venue to enjoy that passion to the fullest.”

Prior to her work with The Plaza Turtle Creek, she was residential manager at Crestpark in Highland Park, Texas, where she oversaw operations of condominium management and was responsible for a large budget and staff.
