SAINT ANN COURT™ LEASES TO BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTING COMPANY
HARWOOD, DALLAS, TEXAS, APRIL 18, 2008: Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has leased 57,000 square feet in Saint Ann Court™, a development by Harwood International. Saint Ann Court™, the 320,000-square-foot luxury office building scheduled to be completed in August 2009, offers 27 floors of distinctive architecture, amenities, and ready access to major Uptown Dallas attractions. BCG is relocating its Dallas office from Downtown Dallas.

Saint Ann Court™ recently hosted a welcome party for BCG at Azure™, the 31-story residential high rise by Harwood International. Guests enjoyed a champagne reception at Azure™, followed by cocktails and dinner at Marie Gabrielle™ Restaurant and Gardens, owned and managed by Harwood International.

The newest high rise office project of Harwood International, Saint Ann Court™ will be a Class AA luxury office building offering 320,000 square feet and 27 floors of distinctive architecture, amenities, and ready access to major Uptown Dallas attractions. Designed by Perkins + Will Seattle, BOKA Powell, and Los Angeles-based Shimoda Design Group, Saint Ann Court™ will be completed in spring 2009.
